HOUSE CALL PROGRAM

Sun Medical Care's House-Call program provides services for homebound seniors who are 65 and over. We provide the same services at the office, located in your own home. Our solo practitioner will visit and provide the care you need, relieving any transportation problems.
Restrictions based on location and insurance apply.
